Roll & Hill is hiring!

We are looking for an individual to join our shipping team.

This person will physically handle and pack all of our products in the shipping department, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. They will have a strong love for art and design, and a natural desire to understand the inner workings of everything we build.

Responsibilities:

• Pack finished fixtures carefully for shipping
• Use various hand and power tools to assemble crates and packaging inserts
• Inspect every fixture for quality control purposes before it leaves the building
• Print and review detailed packing slips for every order
• Create and print shipping labels for outgoing orders

Requirements:

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Experience in packing a variety of unique items
• Ability to handle fragile objects
• Ability to work on your feet most of the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• High level of self awareness
• Positive attitude
• Must be a team player with a willingness to help out at various stations within the warehouse

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
