We are seeking a PAD Mobile Supervisor to join our team at our program in Philadelphia, PA location.

Position Details

Under the supervision of the Mobile Director, the Mobile Supervisor will provide supervision and oversight of the Police Assisted Diversion (PAD) Program that works with the Philadelphia Police Department. This includes supervision of all staff connected to the program on multiple shifts. Will continue to cultivate partnership with any other relevant stakeholders to insure a smooth work flow.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, and/or counseling.
  • Knowledge of the Behavioral Health service system, Criminal Justice system and/or the shelter system experience is a plus.
  • A minimum of three years of post degree experience.
