Lincoln Healthcare are looking for Staff Grade Social Workers on behalf of a Children’s disability network team based in Balbriggan.
This is a really exciting permanent opportunity for a staff grade Social Worker. The successful candidate will join a supportive, dynamic, friendly multidisciplinary team of colleagues.
This role offers you an opportunity to for develop significant knowledge and experience working with children with disciplines and families.
Purpose: Participating in the multidisciplinary team approach to the care, education, safety and training of persons with intellectual disability by providing a social work service, while at the same time ensuring that each person with intellectual disability is treated with the utmost respect and encouraging recognition of each person with intellectual disability as an individual with sacred and inviolable rights, and ensuring that their comforts, needs and rights are given priority.
Role: Permanent, full-time position, working Monday- Friday, based in Balbriggan. Excellent benefits with this role.

The successful candidate will have the following essential requirements:
- Hold an NQSW or equivalent
- Be registered with the Social Workers Registrar (CORU) with active CPD Portfolio
- Knowledge of the relevant legislation spanning the age groups of children
· Work placement experience in the area of children disabilities desirable
· Excellent communication, initiative, time management and teamwork skills
- Full Clean driver’s licence
