Plans and oversees execution of paid social media plan; is responsible for results analysis- Plays a lead role in strategy development across primary Social partners – maintaining proven relationships and bringing new ideas to the table
- Serves as primary day-to-day client contact for paid social
- Assists in management and oversight of eCommerce Shopping program in Google & Bing
- "Big picture" oversight across multiple channels while executing to best practices
- Oversees budgets and monthly billing processes
- Supervise social reporting and shared insights
- Developing, optimizing, and maintaining paid social and native advertising campaigns for clients, including coordination of assets, budget management, and reporting
- Brainstorming/researching targeting and copy ideas for specific campaigns, including new betas and opportunities with our partners
- Developing, executing and testing across campaign variables that create client-specific insight and feed future successions of testing
- Strong familiarity with 3rd-party tracking vendors and integrating with social platforms
- Maintaining and optimizing client campaigns to improve overall performance against pre-determined benchmarks on an ongoing basis
- Analyzing and reporting data on a daily / weekly / bi-weekly / monthly & ad-hoc basis
- Develop, document, and implement Paid Social media best practices within client accounts
- Keeping abreast of industry news and developing POVs to communicate relevant updates to clien
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 6mo - 2 years of overall media planning experience; including channels like social, SEM, display, etc.
- 6mo - 2 years hands-on-keyboard Paid Social experience in Facebook Ads/Business Manager
- Other digital channel experience (organic social, programmatic display, SEM) is a plus
- Experience managing feed-based programs like Google Shopping/PLA and/or other commerce platforms a plus
- Demonstrable experience working on enterprise level paid social media accounts with large ($1m+) budgets
- Proven ability to understand high-level client goals and how they translate into paid media strategy when applied via online technologies
- Process-oriented, with the ability to juggle many tasks at one time. Time management skills are critical
- Ability to effectively communicate processes and tactics to clients, peers, and junior members of the team
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
