Paint Line Operator
Job description
We're #hiring Paint Line Operators for our new Mercedes business.
Starting pay is $14.50-$15.25/hr + $0.70/hr shift differential.
Great 10-shift model from Monday to Thursday. 1st and 2nd Shifts available.

In the role of Paint Line Operator, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Operator produces and inspects assigned product parts on the line in accordance with production guidelines.
- Operator load and unloads products to/from the pain rack and the pain line.
- Operator performs spot checks of products to ensure adherence to approved quality standards.
- Operator notifies management of product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions.
- Adheres to established company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.
- Write production reports.
- Track parts and scrap.
- Maintain cleanliness of general work area.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required qualifications for Paint Line Operator
- Pervious manufacturing experience preferable.
- Stable work history.
- Good attendance and punctuality.
- Able to speak and read English, preferable
- Constant hand and finger dexterity; frequent grasping and manipulating; constant eye and hand coordination; frequent bending, squatting; kneeling; crawling; stooping; reaching above and below waist; twisting and rotating of trunk, neck, arms and legs; working with arms bent and extended; frequent standing and walking; lying on back; occasional sitting; constant pushing, pulling and stretching. Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
- Ability to follow instructions and learn the production process.

Pay: $14.70 - $15.25 per hour
