Paint mixer - NDC Santry

LKQ Coatings is a dynamic refinish distribution experience, providing a wide brand offering of paint consumables and equipment.

We are looking for a Paint Technician to join the busiest paint mixing room in Ireland.

Working alongside our experienced colleagues you will learn the processes and practice necessary to delivery a quality paint mixing service to our customers all across Ireland.

A day in the life of a Paint Mixer
A Paint mixers primary role is to ensure all paint mixes are mixed to the correct formula, are accurate and clearly labelled as well as being targeted to drive the stock accuracy of the branch through accurately receipting Stock, completing Daily Stock Checks and accurately picking sales order. You will be expected to maintain good customer relations by being helpful and reporting any problems that may arise from goods or services supplied by You. You may also be required to assist serving Retail Customers on our Trade Counter. It is all hands on deck to ensure the customers’ expectations are met.

Your responsibilities:

• Attention to detail with the ability to respond to any requests from branch operations within the specified time.
• Target driven individual with a strong work ethic
• High levels of focus, energy and drive
• To represent the Euro Car Parts in a professional manner at all times
• Ability to thrive in a high pressure and fast-paced environment
• 40 hours per week between Monday to Friday

Requirements for the role

• Functional/Technical Skills & Knowledge
• Practical body shop and/or paint room experience would be beneficial but not necessary
• Customer facing skills.
• Good IT literacy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible approach to working
