Job description
- The ideal candidate will have knowledge and understanding of palliative care, exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills, and will be comfortable working independently. This is a great opportunity to join an established program.
- Two years of experience as a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner is a plus.
- Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (ACHPN) certification is required within two years of employment.
