Roseman Law, APC is a fast-paced, forward-thinking, energetic, growing California Real Estate/Business law firm, focusing primarily on common interest developments. We are looking for an administration position to provide administrative office and clerical support for the Assessment Collections Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicating with owners and clients via telephone and email
- File maintenance of firm’s non-judicial and judicial collection files
- Perform data entry and analysis on various databases
- Preparing legal correspondence and documents
- Submitting documents to be electronically recorded and filed
Must be able to effectively communicate and work with a team. Excellent attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize workload and assignments.

Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in billing, escrow, A/R, HOA management, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Must be detail-orientated and self-starter
- Compatible personality and positive attitude and professional disposition
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, effective oral communication and writing skills
- Computer proficient with advanced skills in MS Office required. Capacity to learn new technology, tools, and platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, including PDF editing
