Job description
Four-attorney personal injury firm seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join a team of six other paralegals and three legal assistants in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Looking for paralegal to independently manage a case load on a team with an attorney and legal assistant. Will involve both litigation and non-litigation tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with client communication.
- File no-fault arbitrations.
- Draft demands and no-fault arbitration brochures.
- Draft and file complaints and other pleadings.
- Communicate with other attorneys.
- Handle discovery requests from opposing counsel.
- Assist with trial preparation.
Offices in both St. Louis Park and Oakdale.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
