Position: Parking Lot Traffic Control
Ellis Parking is seeking 4 -5 experienced and reliable Parking Lot Traffic Control Staff to manage traffic flow and ensure the safety of all guests in our parking facility. The ideal candidates will have previous experience in traffic control or security, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Direct traffic in and out of the parking lot, ensuring that vehicles are parked in an organized and efficient manner.
- Monitor the parking lot for any safety hazards, unauthorized entry, or suspicious activity.
- Provide assistance to guests who require help with parking, finding their vehicles or any other needs.
- Ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures.
- Assist in emergency situations, coordinating with emergency responders as necessary.
- Provide necessary information to customers, such as exit and entry directions, parking lot layout, traffic rules and regulations.
- Handle and respond to customer complaints and inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work irregular hours, including late nights, weekends and holidays.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to interact confidently with customers, venue management and other staff.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and multitask
- Physical ability to stand for extended period.
