• Thursday 11am-9pm
• Friday 11am-9pm
• Saturday 10:30am-9pm

Qualifications:

Be 16 years of age or older

Be able to communicate respectfully and honestly with others, including all staff

Have a valid THD food handler permit and comply with all THD guidelines

Have POS experience and be able to do basic math calculations

Have the ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, up to 8 hours

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Follow all policies and procedures of JTRGroup

· Prepare the bakery for service by manicuring section, sweeping, polishing wares, etc.

· Greet guests quickly and with a welcoming smile, be polite, professional, and courteous in guest interactions

· Suggestively sell items the guest may be interested in or that we are actively promoting.

· Be knowledgeable about our bakery’s products and services

· Keep cash drawers matching the amount in TOAST POS

· Process pay-outs for employees and vendors

· Complete all side work tasks prescribed by Manager on Duty
