Job description
The Courtesy Patrol/Community Representative is responsible for patrolling the property by foot and vehicle to provide the greatest visible presence on the property to ensure the wellbeing of the community common areas and amenity facilitites while providing the utmost in professional customer service.
POSITION DETAILS:
- Hourly Compensation: $15.50
- Number of Units: 75
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Driver's License Required
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate required.
- Depending on property needs, a Valid Driver's License, a good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI’s Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy may be required.
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Basic computer skills (email, internet).
- Excellent work ethic with strong organizational, problem solving, and independent judgement skills.
