We are Florida’s largest shed manufacturer and we need a Part-time Customer Service Representative to work 1-2 days per week to join our team! As a Part-time Customer Service Associate, you will work in our Factory Direct lot in Palatka, Florida providing great customer service and helping customers find a shed that meets their needs.

What we are looking for is a dynamic individual with customer service experience to provide sole support to the Palatka Center's Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting customers as they walk-in, taking information and completing orders.

Job Overview:

The Customer Services Representative provides sole support to Sales Team by performing a number of administrative tasks.

1. Prepares quotes and contracts potential customers.

2. Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and specifications.

3. Provides timely responses to sales leads.

4. Develops and delivers sales presentations in a professional and effective manner.

5. Performs site inspections to make sure customer is able to properly place their building on their property.

6. Coordinates customer deliveries with the local delivery crews.

7. Receives payment from the customer via cash, check or credit card.

8. Makes daily bank deposits.

9. Responsible for opening and closing the lot based on company standards.

10. Pre-employment Criminal, Credit and Background checks required.
