Rocklin based Medical Massage Clinic is looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and professional Receptionist to join their growing practice.
Clinical Massage Therapy is a spa-like clinic providing medical massage services.
CMT currently uses Google's G-Suite MassageBook for scheduling and billing. Previous experience in a clinical office setting is preferred but not required.
Duties include:
- Selling Massage Memberships
- Monitoring spa music for genre consistency and volume levels
- Answering phones and e-mail in a professional and timely manner
- Daily account maintenance including prescription tracking and labeling
- Collecting payments
- Scheduling and canceling appointments with an emphasis on filling appointment gaps and clinic time management
- Light custodial duties such as dusting or vacuuming rugs
Applicants must be comfortable performing several tasks at once, working with interruptions, and be open to learning medical massage billing practices.
This is a Part-Time job.
We are looking for Dunsay Availability 8:30am - 6pm, and Mondays 11am - 4pm OR 3:30pm - 9:30pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Rocklin, CA 95765: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
