Summary:

Responsible for performing various duties to maintain the clean and professional appearance of the dealership.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Ensure that all dealership areas are kept very clean and in proper working order.

· Perform dusting, sweeping and general cleaning of inside and outside of dealership

· Collect and remove all trash from offices, conference room, desks, restrooms and breakroom, replacing can liners as needed

· Maintain eye wash stations and stock eyeglasses

· Stock restroom supplies

· Follow custodial checklist for daily duties

· Clean all Windows, doors, ledges, blinds, rugs, walls, flat surfaces, and other areas where dirt and/or dust may accumulate

· Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors daily

· Address additional custodial needs as they arise

Minimum Qualifications:

· Be skilled in the following areas:

o Ability to promote professionalism and pride within the work force

o Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities on short notice

o Ability to carry out Company policies and understand proper protocol

o Communicate and listen effectively

· Must be a self-starter and able to follow directions and be able to work without supervision

· Must be organized, excellent time management skills, professional manner in all facets of customer service
