Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls.
- Schedule appointments and service calls.
- Return phone messages from the previous day.
- Create marketing materials for sales staff.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Must be able to handle a high stress environment and adapt to changing schedules.
- Must be a team player.
- Must maintain an organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Office experience a plus
- A background in customer service, scheduling, and general office operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Hindsite or similar program preferred.
- Possess superior written, oral, and digital communication skills.
- Experience in construction, landscape, or similar industry preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
