GoFundMe is looking for a Part-Time Office Manager

The Job…

  • Employment: Half-time
  • Reports to: Sr. Manager, Workplace and Employee Experience
  • The Dublin Office Manager has three core responsibilities which include keeping international employees engaged in the work environment and the Dublin office a fun, inclusive place to work. They are also responsible for all office related administration, looking after the day-to-day operation of the office, and supporting ad-hoc tasks as needed.

  • Employee Engagement & Office Culture
    • Ownership of Dublin-based employee engagement and growth of office culture (including support of European teams)
    • Event management including team outings; volunteer events; and seasonal events
    • Working on creative ideas to keep team engaged virtually and/or in person
    • Leading the Dublin Culture Committee and support with global events as needed
    • Support with offsite planning
  • Office Administration & Operation
    • Overseeing 3rd party office vendor relationships
    • Support with finance management including credit card reporting
    • General office administration including filing and handling of post
    • Facilities management including supporting future office moves
    • Equipment and office supply management
    • Expectation to be onsite in the office at least 2 days per week
