An experienced Receptionist is required for Orthodontics by Jackie Clonmel.
Duties and responsibilities include.
Daily receptionist tasks
- Including answering patient calls and new enquieries.
- Checking in patients for appointments and booking new appointments.
- Managing the diary and efficiently utilising time.
Daily administrative duties
- Including preparing patient forms
- Managing payment plans and direct debits.
- Taking payments, cashing up and keeping a daily cash sheet.
- Pulling reports and following up with patients.
The ideal candidate will have....
- At least 2 years experience in a busy role is required, preferably in a customer care environment.
- The ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills, preferably with prior training or qualification in this.
- Very good communication skills for dealing with patients and colleagues.
Job Types: Part Time Tuesday-Friday, Flexible hours
