What you will be doing:

The purpose of the part-time and temporary Resident Concierge is to provide overall resident support throughout an upcoming renovation project. The Resident Concierge will act as the liaison between residents to alleviate stress and burden while elevators are being renovated and non-operational. The Resident Concierge will also assist residents in responding to their questions and requests to enhance the quality of their living experience during the renovation project.
What we’ll expect from you:

• Responsible for directing residents and guests who need alternate routes during the renovation project.
• Respond to residents' questions and requests in a timely manner.
• Monitor the front lobby, entrance area, and grounds for cleanliness.
• Assist residents with unloading or loading items into vehicles.
• Pet assistance – walking pets, letting pets outside for brief periods of time.
• Responsible for receiving and delivering packages and food deliveries to residents.
• Performs door-to-door trash pick-up.
• Assist office with duties on as needed basis.
• Other duties as assigned
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Demonstrates flexibility with hours and days worked – must be able to work weekends.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
