Role Summary

As Sales Team Leader you will assist the senior management team in the smooth day-to-day running of the store. The Sales Team Leader will conduct store opening and closing procedures, cash handling and continuous coaching of the sales team. As Sales Team Leader you will drive sales and service expectations, smash targets and set KPI’s for the store. You will be adept at communicating across your team, reading weekly reports and taking appropriate commercial action. Attend and maintain general housekeeping throughout each shift.
