Job description
Catapult Learning, a division of FullBloom, is currently seeking a PA certified teacher for a part-time work with grades K-8 small group reading instruction in a nonpublic schools around New Kensington, PA.
Catapult Learning provides all classroom and instructional materials as well prepared lesson plans and paid training. Continued instructional and leadership support for all employees is also provided.
- Teach lessons with the guidelines of our Core Instructional Model (training provided)
- Develop skill-appropriate lesson plans
- Create and update all Catapult Learning/district/state student/program records
- Ensure supervision of students to assure their safety
- Meet with Catapult Learning Supervisors, classroom teachers, principals, and parents
- Maintains inventory of teaching materials and supplies
- Other duties may be assigned
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Valid Pennsylvania teaching certificate required
- Reading specialist preferred but will accept a teacher with a PA certificate and strong reading background
- Teaching experience preferred
OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Must understand that all children can learn.
- Must have/willing to obtain PA state mandated clearances
