Part-time weekend counselors

Part-time employment for weekends and holidays available at ARC Community Services, Inc. Fond du Lac Program, a residential substance use disorder treatment program for women.

Since 1976, ARC Community Services, Inc. has been dedicated to helping women reclaim their lives, gain awareness of their personal self-worth, and be empowered to make the changes necessary to improve their welfare along with that of their children and families.

This position is ideal for candidates interested in helping women improve the quality of their lives. Excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to earn supplemental income, or for entry level staff or students to gain experience in the social work, substance use disorder treatment, criminal justice, or counseling fields.

Candidates must be able to role model positive decision-making skills and healthy living. We will provide paid training. Some social services education or experience is helpful.

We are looking for applicants who are available Saturdays or Sundays 7:00 am to 3:00 pm or 3: 00 pm to 9:00pm as well as some holidays. This position does not need to work every weekend, the scheduling is flexible based on your availability.

Salary: $15 per hour with $2 per hour shift premium on 3rd shift.
