Role Overview
As Partnerships Associate for Belong Gaming, you’ll support the delivery of our Commercial and Partnerships plan so that it meets the needs of our gaming communities. You’ll be joining at an early stage in our journey, so this role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to a broad range of tasks and the successful growth of our business. An interest in gaming and Esports is preferred!
Key Accountabilities

Manage and coordinate routine administration for Belong Gaming’s day-to-day commercial, marketing, and partnerships activity

Support the delivery of product marketing plans, within agreed frameworks

Create proposals for existing and potential clients

Maintain a process for delivering clear, consistent, and timely briefs to design teams, in line with agreed plans, seeing output through to completion
-
Develop and maintain robust filing systems so that important information pertaining to suppliers and partners can be accessed quickly and easily by the relevant people

Handle and follow up inquiries from partners and suppliers or escalate where necessary
-
Act as a champion for a consistent brand and marketing message across customer touchpoints

Work with the finance department to administer invoices in a timely manner, in line with agreed terms

Keep the income forecast up to date

Support internal teams (mainly operations and customer service) with relevant queries
Basic Qualifications
-
1+ years experience supporting buying teams, in an administrative capacity
-
1+ years experience with commercial understanding and financial acumen

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Good standard of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with excellent attention to detail

Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally

Comfortable working in a casual environment where suits and slacks are out, and the T’s and jeans are in!

Location: This position is based out of our NYC headquarters
Base compensation for the Partnerships Associate role, in New York City is between $70,000-$75,000 annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications, and annual bonus based on achievements of prescribed performance (business & personal development) objectives.
