Milwaukee Powersports is searching for a Parts and Accessories Associate with knowledge in the powersports industry to join our Parts and Accessories department. Applicants are expected to interact with customers directly (walk-ins, telephone, online) to help determine their needs and supply them accordingly. Additionally, engage with the service department to ensure their parts and accessories needs are being met in a promt and timely manner for our customers. This would be a great move for someone from a car dealership or big box parts retailer (AutoZone, NAPA, Advanced Auto Parts) setting in the Milwaukee area!
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers immediately in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Update POP displays.
- Assemble merchandise and fixtures.
- Share with customers your knowledge of the "Good, Better, and Best" products that we sell.
- Stay up-to-date with our powersports gear brands and product knowledge
- Maintain and deliver awesome, personal, and useful support to potential and existing customers.
- Resolve issues to ensure customers are satisfied with their buying experience.
- Recommend related parts which may be required.
- Attempt to locate rare parts if needed.
- Ability to work with several customers at once, while maintaining individual customer satisfaction.
- Handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously.
- Alert customers of any dealership sales, specials, or new merchandise.
- Accept payments for merchandise and keep cash register drawers accurate.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the parts department.
Qualifications:
Outgoing, friendly personality and superior communication/customer service skills. Knowledge and experience with repar and servicing of our OEM product line is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with customer service and communicating with customers via telephone and in-person.
- Confidence in answering calls and entering orders into a computer system.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to learn products/continuously gain product knowledge.
- Positive attitude.
- Team player.
- Can lift 50 lbs.
- Saturdays required (work week is Tuesday - Saturday).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
