Role Summary/Purpose

This position will be responsible for partnering with the Parts Sales Managers to execute sales of services, parts, and consumables for the Veolia WTS Services, USA Service business, driving market penetration, and accelerating aftermarket revenue growth. The Inside Sales Coordinator will be responsible for processing standard parts sales orders from start to finish, working with the Parts Sales Managers to follow up with vendor orders and to expedite deliveries, Work in SAP with appropriate team members to ensure timely invoicing. Work in Salesforce to keep up to date records of proposals/sales.

Responsibilities

- Create customer proposals, quotations, and documentation utilizing both the CRM system (Salesforce.com) and ERP system (SAP) in conjunction with Parts Sales Managers.

– Execute standard parts sales order from start to finish and help Expedite vendor deliveries to meet schedules.

-Maintain and expand an accurate, up to date database of Prospects within your assigned territory.

-Team with channel partners/reps to build a working pipeline for future growth.

-Become knowledgeable of company products/services, pricing plans, competition, sales objectives and sales skills to sell company products/services

-Provide payment information and other documentation to appropriate team members for invoicing of products and service

-Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

- follow up accurately and in a timely manner to customer needs

Qualifications/Requirements

-High School diploma/GED

-2 years business to business sales/inside sales experience selling products and services OR

-2 years of experience within a technical capacity such as applications, engineering/technology, technical support, field service for a water technology company

Minimum Requirements:

-Proven success in prior roles

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills using the English language

-Self-motivated, ability to drive initiatives to completion with minimal oversight

-Ability to make good business decisions based on risk reward analysis and SUEZ business objectives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
