PalletOne of Maine is seeking a self motivated individual who is dependable and takes pride in their work.
The Industrial Parts Specialist will be responsible for cost effective and timely procurement of all operational and maintenance material needs. Organize, maintain, and perform regular inventories of all parts and materials in the maintenance, garage, and operational stock rooms to ensure we do not run out of needed materials.
The chosen candidate will also be responsible for spearheading the process of updating and improving our current stock rooms and inventory tracking systems to a new, modernized, and user friendly system.
Duties Include:
- Develop, maintain, and continually improve parts ordering procedures to ensure the timely ordering and delivery of all materials
- Receive, inventory, and reconcile inbound materials to corresponding purchase orders
- Organize and maintain all storage areas using modern methodology
- Culling inventory of unused/no longer needed materials
- Source best prices and seek multiple quotes for needed parts and materials
Position is full time with benefits offered at 60 days. Benefits include: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and two different 401(k) options. Schedule is M-F, exact hours and compensation to be negotiated.
