A la Carte Recruitment is assisting our client to recruit two capable Pastry Chef de Partie for their outstanding 4* Hotel in North County Roscommon.
Duties
- Create extensive range of pastries
- Prepare high quality desserts
- Prepare and present afternoon teas including cakes, petit fours, and gateaux.
- Maintain the kitchen in accordance with HACCP standards
The successful candidate will be able to work well under pressure and enjoy being part of a professional team.
