The Patient Care Coordinator performs a variety of general reception, secretarial, insurance, and data entry duties while promoting a safe environment of minimal stress. This person is responsible for delivering great customer service and must have the verbal skills to make our patients feel comfortable at all times. Answers the telephone, schedules appointments, assists with patient finances, maintains patient records, and coordinates patient flow.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Dental office experience a must

High School graduate

Transportation Required as you may be scheduled in different offices in the Rochester area (Brighton, East Rochester, Gates, & Greece).

SKILLS

Various office machines: Calculator, Fax Machine, Scanner, Copier

Computerized Credit Card system

Ability to handle a multiple line phone system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
