Patient Care Coordinator Needed

Our busy Eye Care practice needs a Patient Care Coordinator to help us give our patients a 5-star experience all the time, every time! This position offers the right person an opportunity for the stability of a career in healthcare.

Do you have a way of making people feel at ease and comfortable, even if you don’t know them? As our Patient Care Coordinator, you will have the incredible honor to set the stage for each patient’s appointment.

No Experience Needed:

Prior medical office or eyecare experience is a plus but certainly NOT required. We offer paid training to the right person with a great attitude, a helpful heart, and a love of learning on our way of treating every patient like family!

How will you make a difference?

You will be the face of our team, you will be the first person they see to reassure them they have made the right decision in choosing our practice. You can really change their day! Not only that, but you set the expectation for the appointment and let our patients know their appointment will go as smoothly as possible. This helps the patient to be more receptive and open to our recommendations.

Some of your duties will include:

• Making sure patients feel welcome as soon as they walk in the door
• Pleasantly answering questions and making appointments
• Reviewing and organizing patient medical records.
• Cross-Training for career growth and longevity
• Assisting in opening and closing the office
• Understanding and respecting patient privacy laws
• Pleasure of resolving patient concerns, turning a possible negative into a positive
