Busy Pediatric & Orthodontic Dental practice is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and friendly Patient Coordinator to join our team! Must be able to work in a fast-paced office and always maintain a great attitude and superior customer service. This is a full-time position - Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 5 pm. Relevant experience required.

• Payment collections
• Insurance Verification
• Accurately entering patient information in to our practice management system
• Duties will be increased with more experience

• Must work weekly and able to cover on calls as needed.
• Must be reliable, consistent, self- motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Paying attention to detail is a must.

This position will travel to Nampa, Emmett, Fruitland, Star, Garden City, and Meridian

Requirements

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: No experience is required but the ideal candidate will have some relevant experience, including but not limited to the following:

• Superior customer service skills and a demonstrated ability to provide excellent patient care
• Ability to operate multiple computer programs effectively and efficiently
• Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
• Dynamic interpersonal skills and the desire and ability to learn new skills and work well with a team
• Minimum of 1 yr experience medical front desk (dental experience preferred)
• Minimum of 1 yr experience verifying medical/dental insurances
