Concert Health is hiring for a Patient Engagement Advisor who is part of the larger Patient Connection team that interacts with patients to help enroll them into Concert Health’s Collaborative Care program. This role uses rapport building, active listening, and critical thinking to qualify patients and help guide them through our enrollment process. The Patient Engagement Advisor is a crucial player in assisting patients in accessing high-quality care and meeting company goals.

This is a high call volume (inbound and outbound) position that is remote with flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily outreach to prospective patients to enroll them with Concert Health
• Respond to inbound calls and voicemails with the highest level of proactivity and customer service
• Utilize a variety of electronic medical record software to enter notes and documentation of patient calls
• Explain medical benefits thoroughly to patients during the enrollment process
• Answer patient questions such as billing or rescheduling
• Participate in post-enrollment follow-up activities
• 60+ inbound & outbound calls per day

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a sales or customer service position and/or healthcare experience required
• Understanding of electronic medical records software, Salesforce or Zendesk
• Proactive
• Empathetic
• Highly self-motivated.
• Collaborative Care experience a plus
• Direct patient care experience a plus
• Healthcare billing or revenue cycle operations a plus

Schedule

• Full - Time 40 hours/week fully remote position
• Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday
