Job Description
The Patient/Nutritional Services Lead is responsible for providing nutritional care to patients by spending quality patient time assisting in menu selection and education. The Patient/Nutritional Services Lead makes daily meal rounds and collects survey information. They will update the food preference and nourishment information and relay pertinent information. The Nutritional Services Coordinator provides the floor units, outpatient areas, and outlying clinics with nourishments. The Nutritional Services Coordinator will assist in retail service hours as needed. High School diploma or equivalent required. Experience in Food Service Operations.
