The Payer Credentialing Analyst is responsible for collecting, verifying, auditing, and revision of physician documentation and applications needed for payer credentialing and reimbursement. Understands and follows nationally accepted credentialing guidelines. Additionally, serves as a payer credentialing resource for all physicians, administrators, and physician practice staff. Researches, formulates and communicates recommendations to all levels of staff. Assists senior management in identifying and analyzing options for efficiency in revenue maximization. Assists with internal audits as it relates to duties and functions performed.

Education
Bachelors Degree (Required)
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience
3 Years experience in medical, payer or hospital credentialing including demonstrated knowledge of medical billing and collection activity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.51 - $24.70 per hour
