Osborne Recruitment are currently looking for a Payroll Executive to join our client who specialises in cost effective Payroll solutions.

This is a permanent part time position based on site near Macroom.

Hours: Monday to Wednesday 9.00am – 5.00pm.

Pay: DOE

What you will be doing:

• Processing high volume payroll from start to finish for a variety of clients each week.
• Setting up on new clients in payroll systems
• Managing changes in staff levels (new hires and removals)
• Managing all relevant deductions and expenses (VHI, Tax etc. )
• Conducting reports via excel

What you will need:

• Payroll experience or qualification or an interest in becoming IPASS qualified
• Knowledge of payroll package such as Quantum or equivalent.
• The a ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Strong Excel Skills.
• High level of accuracy and numerical skills.
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

Salary: €26,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
