About Your New Job - Your duties

  • Managing group payrolls including review and sign off
  • Managing staff working in the Payroll Department
  • Managing Outsource Partner and ensuring smooth interaction with payroll staff
  • Liaising with HR, Finance, foreign tax advisers, Tax Administrations in different countries.
  • Reviewing cost reports
  • Liaising with site management teams as may be required from time to time
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures and local regulations
  • Ensuring that pay and entitlements are paid in accordance with agreed terms and conditions
  • Liaising with the Tax Department in relation to tax compliance across all payrolls for example, expenses deductions, BIK calculations, and double tax credits.

What Skills You Need

  • At least three years' experience in a team lead or management role within the payroll function
  • IPASS and/or business qualification.
  • Irish and European payroll knowledge and experience.
