Description:

Payroll Processor:

Will conduct payroll for 7+ of their companies

Working on transitioning companies to all in house at their corporate location

Want to make all payroll on the same date/ pay cycle, streamlining, etc.

Maintaining employees records in Paycore (used to use ADP)

Responsible to review peoples time worked, PTO, etc.

Well versed in everything payroll, will own this and help streamline it all

Will work with HR and accounting team, will be liaison between the two

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Qualifications:

Want someone to hit the ground running (will train on software)

Technically savvy (web ex meetings, paperless)

Experience doing payroll for 400+ employees

3-5 years of experience

Education- degree preferred (associates or bachelors) or 5+ year of experience

Excel- pivot tables and v-lookups (can teach if not at that level yet) but need average experience at a minimum

Nice to have:

Any industry experience is fine, nice to have for blue collar/ commercial

Paycore software experience nice to have

MUST take excel test to submit candidates
