Job description
- Process payroll on a weekly and bi-weekly basis through Vantage for US hourly and salaried employees.
- Calculate and process timecards and corrections.
- Cross training and back-up responsibilities of other payroll resources as assigned.
- Resolve any issues/questions by Sites or other parties in a timely and professional manner.
- Responsible for all tasks associated with the preparation, processing, and completion of payroll.
- Process ADP Reporting and other report related requests.
- Act as a liaison between Payroll and HRIS, assisting departments and employees with payroll, related questions and problems.
- Maintain positive employee relations with all personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Verbal and written English skills and telephone etiquette.
- Competence needed to perform the job and specific to payroll duties listed above.
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Less than 10% travel involved.
- Currently we are working in a hybrid environment. Once the office opens again this position will be required to report to the corporate facility.
- Experience with ADP Payroll System (ADP Vantage a plus)
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Experience with a multi-state payroll.
- Associates Degree in Accounting or 4 years' experience or a combination of each preferred.
- Strong analytical skills
- Work with minimum supervision
