Job description
The Payroll Supervisor processes payroll, including the inputting of data and producing of paychecks, for approximately 500 CRI employees including non-exempt and exempt staff. This position also assist in the processing of contracted payroll services.

- 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee agency payrolls on a biweekly schedule
- Agency payroll reporting including payroll taxes, and 401k reports
- All balance sheet reconciliations including cash and prepaids, tax liabilities
- Monthly close assignments including journal entries, ACA tracking, and statistic reporting
- Annual audit prep functions including unclaimed property
- Year end functions including W2, 1099's, and 1095's
- Reviewing and compiling fiscal policies and procedures
- Analysis projects as assigned
Skills:
- Excellent organizational, and communication skills required.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy of data verification and input.
- Hands-on experience with various computer programs including Microsoft Office
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field.
- Minimum of 2 years supervisor experience
- Ability to satisfactorily pass Act 33, Act 34, and FBI Clearances.
- Ability to be covered under CRI liability insurance.
- Be 18 years of age or older and legally able to work in the United States.
