Digital/Custom/RF PDK Development position. The job responsibilities for this position are to perform Digital / Custom / Analog / RF PDK development as well as provide user support for circuit simulation, design database migration, layout generation and parasitic back annotation flows
What are we looking for?

Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

New college graduates are welcome to apply.
It would also be beneficial to have:
- MSEE with 2+ years of relevant experience in PDK development and knowledge of Custom / Analog IC design flow
- Expertise in the development of custom design kits including Virtuoso schematic environment, layout pCell generation, Analog Design Environment, EM/IR flows etc.
- Proficiency with spice simulators, including Spectre/APS, Spectre RF, AFS, Hspice, GoldenGate, AMS Designer, XA, FineSim, etc.
- Proficiency in Cadence SKILL , Perl, Python and UNIX scripting languages
- Knowledge of circuit design with emphasis on SPICE simulation test bench creation and debug is a plus
- Understanding of Bulk CMOS, FINFET, PMIC and SOI process technologies and mask layout design is a plus
- Aptitude for programming/automation and exposure to machine learning techniques and applications to EDA flows is a plus

Qualcomm Cork, a greenfield site based in the beautiful harbour city of Cork opened its doors in August 2013 and has been growing ever since across our QCT Engineering, OneIT and HR teams.
The Cork QCT engineering team is continuing to expand.
