Job Summary: Reporting to the Auction PDR Manager or designated manager, responsible for repairing dent damage using PDR process in a timely manner. Perform all additional duties as directed by Auction PDR Manager.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Review, write up, and repair dents on all types of cars, light trucks, and SUVs using the company paintless dent repair process and other safety procedures.
Maintain Paintless Dent Repair tools and work area at all times.
Make sure customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous attention from all employees. Notify Manager of any delays or discrepancies in repair estimates.
Make sure work area conditions do not threaten employee or customer safety. Keep work area clean and free of clutter. Sweep and pick up work area daily. Respond to and follow proper procedures on employee and customer accidents, injuries, and loss or damage to any property. Report all incidents to the Manager or designee.
Practice and promote teamwork at all times. Set a good personal example of attitude and performance.
Educational Requirements and Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license. Two (2) years experience as a Paintless Dent Repair Technician required.
Physical Requirements:
The physical activity requirements of the position are Medium to Heavy Physical Work.
Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and field of vision.
Constant –reaching, standing, climbing, balancing, pushing, pulling, lifting, crouching, crawling, grasping, stooping
Frequent-walking, talking
Potential - running, jumping, yelling or other rapid forceful movement in emergency situations.Physical Working Condition:
This position is subject to inside and outside environmental working conditions including temperature changes, outside weather conditions, slightly elevated ambient noise levels, minor potential physical hazards as electrical, mechanical, and cleaning equipment, and minor atmospheric conditions affecting skin or respiratory systems such as fumes, odors and dusts.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- Akron, NY 14001: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Auto body repair: 1 year (Preferred)
- paintless dent removal: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
