Team Select Home Care supports the efforts of children and young adults who are medically fragile to live at home with their families and thrive in their communities. Our nurses provide
1:1 patient care and have around the clock support from our experienced clinical team.
We are currently seeking day and night shift Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses, for pediatric private duty to care for a young child at home in Round Lake IL.
Responsibilities:
- Patient assessments
- Administration of prescribed medication
- Care planning
- Communication with other members of the patient's multi-disciplinary team
- Emergency management
- Health promotion and teaching
- Current IL RN or LPN license
- One (1) year nursing experience a plus
- Previous pediatric experience a plus
- Experience with tracheostomy, g-tube care, vent a plus and New Grads Welcome!
- Maintain current CPR certification.
