Job description

Our Client, an IT Solutions Provider, is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join their team, playing an integral role in supporting the People & Culture division and contributing across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This role will be for an initial 12 month period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all queries related to People & Culture in a timely manner.
  • Support the recruitment process in relation to pre-boarding an onboarding, ensuring all new employees have a positive experience
  • Arrange and deliver the Employee Induction programme.
  • Update and maintain profiles on the HR system - BambooHR, ensuring data integrity.
  • Create reports for presentation to business unit managers
  • Assist with administration for employees through all lifecycle stages such as benefits, policies, leave etc.
  • Support the wellness and benefits program.
  • Monthly reporting from our internal HR system.
  • Assist with drafting and updating employee contracts and documentation.
  • Other adhoc HR duties.

Key requirements:

  • at least 1 or 2 years HR experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to be flexible and prioritize
  • Knowledge on EU and Irish employment law
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Have a high level of personal integrity and understanding the importance of confidentiality.

Salary: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
