Our Client, an IT Solutions Provider, is looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join their team to develop and implement a HR agenda that supports the company's goals and objectives. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover).

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with Senior Leadership and their management teams to develop their strategic plans regarding people considerations and requirements
• Support and develop manager capability through feedback and coaching as they work with their teams.
• Oversee metrics and data from HRIS, analysing employee data to provide insights to business leaders on key strengths or risks.
• Drive performance management and provide solutions to improve the function's performance and development
• Actively participate and develop talent management and succession planning
• Assist with ongoing organisational growth by promoting the value of diversity, health and wellbeing and offering support to career development
• Convert the L&D strategy into expertise and learning requirements by rolling out programmes and internal training sessions to maximize L&D business impact.
• Develop and implement policy and procedure in line with Irish Employment law.

Key requirements:

• Minimum 4 years HR Experience
• CIPD qualified or Third level qualification
• Prior HRBP experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• ability to self-direct, be flexible and prioritise.
• Excellent problem solving skills or both operational and strategic issues.
