- 4-OR | 150 Beds | L3 Trauma| Level 1 NICU
- 3 OR starts 7 am to 3 pm; 1 room 7 am to 6 pm
- 2,600 cases | General, ortho, urology | No hearts, heads, trauma, neuro, peds |+ OB (500 deliveries)

- W2 or PC (1099) options
- FT/PT/PD positions available
Hazleton Surgery Center - Hazleton, PA
- Per diem rate: $250/hour

- Monday – Friday | 8 hours per day
- The annual case volume is 2,500 (1,500 GI + 1,000 surgical)
- Case mix: General surgery, GI, gynecology, ophthalmology, orthopedic, pain management, and ENT
