LOCATION: REMOTE based in the United States

Compensation Range: $80,000-$90,000 base + bonus
The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

What this job involves
This role will partner with the account team to ensure quality of account service delivery, and the client relationship and is critical to the success of the account; thus this role requires the ability to learn and adapt quickly, collaborate with subject matter experts, and work with a variety of stakeholders with different needs and requirements. A successful candidate will be a self-starter who is able to work creatively and effectively in a quickly changing environment.
We are looking for someone who is an extremely effective communicator and can navigate the nuances of working with a variety of teams and personalities to overcome a variety of challenges.

Desired experience and technical skills
Required
Communication: Understand problems and opportunities where data can be/is used and determine drivers for success
Key Performance Measures Experience: Document, manage and report on Client and Internal KPI’s with focus on project planning, delivery and sourcing.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field or 10-15 years of experience with data analytics and business partnering
Collaborative liaison to work with JLL and Client leaders to understand pain points, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement, leading data driven analytics to understand key drivers and provide recommendations for improvement
Financial acumen with strong attention to detail coupled with excellent analytical skills
A background in designing and implementing data cultural change programs that have delivered proven business value

Preferred
Background in real estate and/or facilities management preferred.
Experience of extrapolating and visualizing data to derive actionable intelligence.
Instills a proactive mindset that enables the organization to anticipate versus react.
Alters the firm’s capabilities in order to achieve a higher degree of production.
Six Sigma Green Belt certification a plus; related experience advantageous.
