Job description

To plan and implement performing arts or music curriculum for campers ages 3-13 at a beautiful day camp on the beach! (Inside space for the program.) Make "class time" fun! Work on end of year camp show with other staff in the department. Must have at least one year of college and aptitude in a performing art. These are two separate jobs. Music counselor can have a great knowledge of children's songs - or a more serious music background. Guitar or keyboard a plus!

Camp is Mon - Fri, June 29-August 17. 10am - 4pm. Great opportunity for a parent to bring their child to camp!

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per year

The Sands Day Camp will follow the least restrictive guidelines put forth by the Nassau County Department of Health.

• Atlantic Beach, NY 11509: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• First Aid Certification (Preferred)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
