Are you an action orientated Home manager/Person in charge looking for a new opportunity within a growing organisation who are renowned for developing, challenging and rewarding their staff?

Due to expansion and growth our client is recruiting a Home manager/Person in charge to manage an ID/Autism residential service for adults, located in north Dublin.

The successful candidate must have previous experience working with ID/ Autism.

Role: This is a fulltime, permanent position offering on going career progression, highly competitive salary of €55,000- €58,211.

The successful candidate must hold the following qualifications and experience to fulfil the requirements of this role:

• Professional qualification in Social Work/Applied Social Studies OR First or Second Level Nursing OR Degree in the Health and Social Care Suite OR QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Services OR Degree in Youth & Community work

• 2 years paid experience in the intellectual disability or autism field for those with Social Work/Applied Social Studies or Nursing qualifications

• 3 years paid experience in the intellectual disability or autism field for those with a Degree or QCF qualification as listed above

• 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role in the area of health and social care.
• Full valid driving license on application and access to own transport on appointment.

I am eager to speak with Residential Home managers who can provide evidence of leadership within residential services.
