Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant/Receptionist include
- Diary management for CEO and key Managers
- Travel Management for CEO and Key Managers
- Responsible for reception, facilities, administration and general day to day management of the Dublin office
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal communication
- Front of house reception duties and greeting visitors to the office
- Logging expenses for CEO and Key Managers
As the Personal Assistant/Receptionist you will have experience working as an Administrator or Personal Assistant. Some experience managing a reception desk although training can be provided. Personable with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
