Ingleside is looking for Personal Care Assistant staff for the day shift to help our residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care unit. Job duties include the following:

• Assist residents in and out of bed as needed.
• Take and records resident’s vital signs.

• Administers prescribed oral medications under written direction of a Physician or as directed by the Nurse.
• Dresses wounds and performs other prescribed treatments delegated by the Registered Nurse.
• Documents services performed on residents.

• Reports any and all changes in resident’s conditions to the Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Assembles and uses such equipment as catheters, ileostomy and oxygen supplies delegated by the Registered Nurse.
• Sterilizes equipment and supplies.
• Follow the Mandated Care Competency Training requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
