Moorhead Brothers, Inc is looking for a Personnel Development Specialist to join our team. Our home office is located in Blacksburg, SC, with this position you will have to travel.
General Responsibilities
- Be responsible for orientation and onboarding process that provides a consistent introduction of the company and the company expectations for the employee.
- With input from applicable managers, create and follow-up on 30/60/90 schedules and annual evaluations for desired progress and that any compensation changes have been implemented by HR.
- Determine gaps where additional training is needed.
- Coordinate (and possibly conduct) supervisor and management training and development programs to include continuing education.
- Work with HR to ensure that wages are competitive with the current market.
- Develop career paths so that employees can see clearly what is needed to progress within the company.
- HR or Recruiting Background.
